The expected date of completion is 2019 and will be part of a regional hospital system with an incorporated administration and medical staff managed by Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital.
Another project that The Gupta Group is also developing and also in the planning stages is 3450 Dufferin St. A major landscape change has been proposed for 3450 Dufferin Street, Toronto. Located opposite Dufferin Street from Yorkdale Shopping Centre, just south of Highway 401. Currently in its place is a 1970 12-storey Holiday Inn hotel with 372 rooms, 460 spaces of surface parking. A plan by developer Gupta Group aims to redevelop the site with a new project containing three towers, residential, hotel, commercial, and restaurant uses.
